Hợp đồng FIDIC Pink Book 2010 là tên gọi tắt của Điều kiện Hợp đồng Xây dựng MDB, Phiên ản Hài hòa cho Công trình do Chủ Đầu tư thiết kế.

Về cơ bản, FIDIC Pink Book 2010 được phát triển dựa trên nền tảng của Hợp đồng FIDIC Red Book 1999. Theo đó, Nhà thầu sẽ thi công và hoàn thành Công việc dựa trên Thiết kế và Tiêu chuẩn Kỹ thuật do Chủ Đầu tư cung cấp.
