The Particular Conditions of Subcontract has been prepared by hopdongmau for use in conjunction with the General Conditions of Subcontract which greatly inherits the concepts found in the Conditions of Subcontract for Construction which have been prepared by The International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) for use in conjunction with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer, First Edition 1999, and with the Multilateral Development Bank Harmonised Edition of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works Designed by the Employer.
